Independence Park Advisory Council
Our mission is to actively and collectively work together to develop, foster and sponsor programs and community activities that raise funds to enhance our historic 100 year old (plus) neighborhood gathering place Independence Park
Founded in 1989, the Independence Park Advisory Council (IPAC) is an organization of civic-minded neighborhood volunteers who meet on a regular basis to support park programs and facilities; increase community awareness of park projects; and assist in obtaining funding to support park improvement and facilities.
